Trustware → holdcustody subject to CMF authorization

The technology behind custody: five modules, a single owner.

The Trustware platform is the technology through which Custodian will provide custody of financial instruments, once the CMF grants authorization. The fund will issue its instruments with our technology; Custodian will record, hold and move them under rules written into the code. It coexists with your core systems and ERP, without replacing them.

custody at the core

Everything will converge on the custody register.

Once custody is authorized, every module will feed the custody register or run on it: who holds which instrument, in which wallet, with which movements. It will be the register the client consults.

Five modules, one custody register.

administrators

Fund managers and PE managers

They will issue their funds' instruments on the platform and run capital calls, distributions and reports on them.

investors (LPs)

Limited partners

They will access their custody account as users and see their positions and movements.

01
Issuance
Technology the fund will use to issue its instruments in a programmable digital format, linked to their custody. Custodian does not issue: it will record the instruments in the custody register.
02
Onboarding (KYC/AML)
Identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks, before each custody account opens.
03
Wallet control
Transfers will be restricted to verified addresses.
04
Governance
Digital voting and decisions, with traceability. In custody, rights attached to the instruments will be exercised only on the client's instruction.
05
Settlement
Once custody is authorized, automated transfers and distributions between custody accounts, verified before they become final.
in pilot operation · no third-party instruments · own resources and test instruments only

Once registered in the Registry of Financial Service Providers and authorized to provide custody, Custodian SpA will be a reporting entity before Chile's Financial Analysis Unit (UAF) (art. 3 of Law No. 19,913, as amended by art. 36 No. 2 of Law No. 21,521).

what we build · four capabilities

Four capabilities, all in service of custody once the CMF grants authorization.

One platform, one owner.

01hold

Financial instruments in custody

We will hold the fund's instruments in custody and provide the issuance technology linked to that custody: register, exercise of rights on the client's instruction, collection of flows and transfers between custody accounts.

02operate

Automated custody processes

We will automate reconciliation, client reporting, and capital calls and distributions on the instruments in custody.

03move

Movement with control

Transfers of instruments in custody will be verified before they become final.

04connect

Links to your systems

The custody account will connect to your systems and your reporting.

Custodian provides no payment services and operates no trading venues.
